The first production Ferrari to feature a rear mid-engined V8 layout and named in honour of Enzo Ferrari’s late son Alfredo, the 308 GT4 Dino previewed the recipe that would prove to become majority of the company’s business over the following decades.

Produced from 1973-80, early examples only ever bore the Dino name, but from 1976 it was sold with full Ferrari badging. This classic red example was originally built in March 1978 as a right-hand drive model, and delivered new to the UK the following month.

Powered by its original 2.9-litre V8 engine, producing 188kW and backed by a ‘dog-leg’ five-speed gearbox, this example presents in good condition thanks to some minor restoration work carried out over the years.
