This 2001 Ferrari 360 F1 Spider is an attention-grabbing example of the marque’s iconic turn of the millennium sports car, re-trimmed with a colour matched interior and wearing some aesthetic and subtle performance upgrades.

Introduced for the new millennium as the marque’s 20th convertible road car, the 360 Spider was designed alongside the coupe using an aluminium space frame co-developed with Alcoa. It weighed only 60 kg more than the coupe with a chassis that was both significantly stiffer and meaningfully lighter than that of the previous steel-framed F355 Spider.

The Pininfarina body design led by Lorenzo Ramaciotti marked a significant change in design language for Ferrari, moving to more flowing lines and an aerodynamically efficient ground effect body. 

This car is finished in Giallo Modena (4305 D.S) and presented in factory right-hand drive. It has been retrimmed with a matching yellow and black interior and now rides aftermarket BBS split-rim wheels. It has been fitted with an aftermarket Pioneer stereo.

Under the glass engine cover lies a magnificent Ferrari V8 - 3.6-litres with flat-plane crankshaft and titanium connecting rods, capable of 395 hp and a run to 100 of just over four and a half seconds. This is mated to the electrohydraulic-actuated paddle shift F1 automated manual built by Geaziano Trasmissioni.

It was serviced ahead of auction in March, 2026, requiring just a standard oil and filter change, and is reported to be accompanied by service history, and original manual and handbooks.
