Finished in Grigio Silverstone over Nero leather, this 2005 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is a handsome example of the marque’s well loved V12 grand tourer.

Introduced in 2004 as the successor to the 456, the 612 took inspiration from 360 Modena as the marque’s second all-aluminium car. It wrapped an aluminium Pininfarina (Frank Stephenson) designed body around an aluminium spaceframe manufactured in partnership with Alcoa, and was larger than the 456, offering a genuinely usable 2+2 configuration to complement civilised handling and abundant power.

At its heart is a naturally aspirated 5,748cc Ferrari V12, producing 397 kW at 7,250 rpm and driving the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 electrohydraulic automated manual. Ferrari quoted a 4.2 second sprint to 100 and a maximum speed exceeding 315 km/h. 

Originally out of the United Kingdom and recently imported to Australia, this example shows 25,596 miles. It’s finished in Grigio Silverstone (FER 740), with a Nero leather cabin with contrasting white stitching and Nero carpets. It retains its split-rim Ferrari alloy wheels and Scuderia wing shields. 

The equipment list includes dual-zone climate control, electronically adjustable heated front seats with three-position memory, front and rear power windows, rain sensor wipers, and Giallo rev counter. An aftermarket Pioneer touchscreen multimedia system has been fitted in place of the original head unit and integrated with the original Bose speakers.

This 612 is understood to be accompanied by comprehensive service history, including cambelt changes in 2009, 2012 and most recently by Dick Lovett Ferrari in October 2022 at 22,231 miles.

Cavallino Motorsport in Brookvale completed extensive maintenance work on the 612 in May 2026, including front and rear brake discs and pads, handbrake shoes and adjustment, upper suspension bushes, LH rear tie rod end, wheel alignment, driving lights, and alternator replacement. In January of this year the underside and suspension were ice blasted and now present in immaculate condition.

The 612 Scaglietti is accompanied by two keys, a Ferrari book pack including stamped service book, toolkit and battery charger, with the latter items presented in their fitted Schedoni leather cases, some service invoices and a copy of the MOT.
