This 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback is an immaculately presented example of the desirable American muscle icon, benefitting from an exacting nut and bolt restoration completed just 274 miles ago.

It began its life as a genuine A-code Fastback, with VIN 7F02A175245 identifying it as a Dearborn-built 1967 car originally equipped with Ford’s 289 ci four-barrel V8. The fitted warranty plate further records a C4 automatic, 3.00:1 rear axle, Parchment standard interior, Wimbledon White paintwork and a production date of 13 March 1967.

Over the past several years this Fastback Mustang has been painstakingly restored, with work completed to a very high standard and recently finished in August 2026. It has seen just 274 test miles since.

The Fastback has been repainted in a Shelby-inspired Blue Metallic with Le Mans stripes and rides a set of new 17-inch Torque Thrust wheels, 17x8 at the front and 17x9 at the rear, with new rubber fit in July. Bodywork was carefully restored and detailed, and if any metalwork was required, new metal and replacement panels were used instead of repairing old panels. 

The cabin is completely new, with new carpets, upgraded instrumentation and gauges, new under-dash blower unit, new dash pad, period-style digital Mustang stereo, Pioneer dual speaker system installed discretely in the factory dash locations and a fold-down rear seat.

Under the hood is a fully balanced 351 Windsor built in the US using performance components. The seller reports AFR cylinder heads with roller rockers, an aggressive cam and 750 cfm Demon carburettor. The exhaust exits through ceramic coated full-length headers into 2.5-inch twin pipes, with the engine builder estimating 500 horsepower.

The transmission has been freshly built to handle that increased power, using a performance automatic gearbox with a manual valve body, and paired with a Ford 9-inch rear end. The mechanicals have been thoroughly worked through and along with the suspension components are understood to have been replaced with new parts.
