This 2009 Ducati Monster 1100 S is a striking example of Ducati’s celebrated naked sports bike, finished in Pearl White with extensive carbon fibre detailing. Powered by a 1,078 cc air-cooled L-twin, this reportedly Australian-delivered example features a number of performance and cosmetic upgrades.

Introduced in 2009, the Monster 1100 S was the flagship of Ducati’s redesigned air-cooled Monster range. The S added upgraded Öhlins suspension, lightweight wheels and carbon fibre components.

The bike’s 1,078 cc Desmodromic L-twin produces 69.8 kW and 103 Nm in standard specification, driving the rear wheel through a six-speed manual gearbox and dry clutch. This example features twin Termignoni carbon fibre performance mufflers and an upgraded ECU, with the original mufflers also supplied.

The chassis combines a tubular steel trellis frame with fully adjustable 43 mm Öhlins front forks, an Öhlins rear shock and a single-sided swingarm. Braking is provided by twin 320 mm front discs with radial Brembo calipers, complimenting gold Marchesini alloy wheels.

Finished in Pearl White with contrasting black and red detailing, the bike features extensive carbon fibre updates, including the tank and seat covers, front guard, rear hugger, headlight shell, dashboard surround, belt covers and various engine and drivetrain guards. An exposed dry clutch cover and aftermarket digital gear indicator complete the modifications.

The seller advises that the motorcycle has been repainted, with some blemishes and stone chips noted. It has been in the current owner's care for approximately two years and is offered unregistered, without handbooks or service history. It shows 40,421 km.
